Why BHP Collective

A practice that invests in the people who carry its mission.

BHP Collective is not a revolving door. We build long-term relationships with our clinicians because we believe the quality of care a clinician delivers is directly tied to how well they are supported. We offer meaningful work, a collaborative environment, and a culture grounded in the same values we bring to every client.

Work alongside seasoned clinicians across multiple specialties with real opportunities for collaboration and consultation.

Supervision and Mentorship

Cultural Humility at Our Core

We are a Black-owned, woman-owned, LGBTQ+ affirming practice. Cultural responsiveness is not an add-on. It is foundational.
