Hi, I’m Shalaiyah Córdoba, a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT) who works with individuals, couples, and families navigating relationship challenges, family conflict, life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, self-esteem concerns, and emotional disconnection. I also specialize in dual-diagnosis treatment, helping individuals and families navigate recovery, healing, and lasting change.
My clinical work includes supporting clients through relationship and intimacy concerns, men’s and women’s issues, prenatal and postpartum adjustment, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is rooted in systemic and attachment-based therapies, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), while integrating evidence-based interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs.
Clients often describe me as direct, approachable, and relatable. I believe meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged. Whether working with an individual seeking personal growth, a couple looking to strengthen their connection, or a family navigating conflict and change, I help clients identify patterns, improve communication, deepen emotional connection, and create healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
